In response to client requests we now provide free cost of development estimates. These are provided prior to the extensive analysis required for a formal proposal and are "ballpark estimates" only. This estimate, when compared to the amount you have budgeted, will allow us to determine whether or not we are in the same "ballpark". If we determine that your budget is unrealistic for the amount of work involved we will decline to submit our proposal.

Developing a proposal for application development requires extensive analysis and can take many hours. Should you decide NOT to hire us after we have submitted our proposal you will receive an invoice for our time spent on this analysis.

Upon acceptance of our proposal a deposit in the amount of 25% to 50% of the estimated cost of development is required depending on length of the project, total cost, and our previous customer relationship.
